Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Scarves must not have any scent or marks. It must also be in the original packaging.

Postage and packaging is not refunded for returns

Proof of postage is strongly advised for standard delivery - we cannot refund items that we have not received.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

leather goods
Our leather products are all handmade using natural materials. Each bag is unique and there may be variations in the size, colour and texture of each product, to include natural markings, which are may not exactly match the image of the product online. These are not considered defects and therefore we cannot process refunds or returns for any of the above reasons.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items including Sample Sale cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot refund items that we have not received.   Always check the address and use proof of postage when using standard delivery and include a return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Standard Shipping is free for Doosy purchases in the UK and can take up to 10 working/business days from notification of delivery.  There is a small charge for Signed For and Tracked.  Doosy will always have proof of postage. Items not received by customers will be eligible for a refund after investigation by the postal service and confirmation of lost items.  The investigation may take up to 30 days.  Doosy will refund after the 30 days if the item has been lost or undelivered by the postal service.

International Shipping

Shipping can take up to 20 working/business days from the notification that your item has been sent.  

We use International Tracked and Signed Royal Mail in partnership with each country's National Postal service.  All orders will have a trackable number which you should also use on your local postal service website to track your order.   

Doosy is not responsible for any customs or duties charges administered by the recipient country.  All customers must pay their own customs/duty charges where requested.

We are unable to pay for shipping costs of returns. 
A customs declaration for your order (if applicable) will be completed by Doosy on leaving the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to insure that items purchased meet customs regulations for the country of destination. It is also the customers responsibility to insure that the address is correct and recognised by the country of delivery. Doosy cannot be responsible for items lost or returned through customs regulations or items returned due to an undeliverable address. Shipping costs will not be refunded where an item is returned because the address provided by the customer is incorrect, not recognised or undeliverable.
